Hi, this space is reserved for the “about me” page of the site…. Practically I would tell you a bit about myself and what got me here. I’m your ordinary guy with an ordinary life, but I love to be creative and have an outlook on things that others rarely see. It is second nature. Give me an idea, a couple of adjectives, and watch my ideas come to life. This site is a starting point to show my creativity. The site will grow as I do and expand as I take your ideas and make them come to life. I have a background in different areas of the design industry and have spent many, many hours in practicing my craft. As well as computer graphic design, I am an artist who has also used the airbrush to advance my skillset. Moving toward the future I hope to one day be involved in design projects that involve things I enjoy, not just things that will make me money… That may sound backward to some, but is money really all there is to life? Hence, the abundance of wrestling related material you see on this site.
Hobby or Addiction? To the ones who know me well, it is a hobby. To others who don’t they may call it an addiction! Professional Wrestling isn’t just something on television. There are hundreds of thousands of pro wrestling events every year all over the world! I started drawing pictures as a kid, painted life sized wrestlers on my walls as a teen, and as an adult it has come to actually working for some local wrestling promotions doing event flyers for monthly shows. I love it! I am doing what I loved seeing as a kid. The proverbial showdown poster! One man with a grudge and score to settle against the man who stabbed him in the back, stole his woman, title or anything else that one would fight for! There is just something about it! Nothing I do is half way. Every piece I do has to be top notch work. On this site you will see that. I have put up things with variances of difficulty. Some logos aren’t that hard to do, but some page layouts are very intricate and time consuming. Every piece is me, what I love.
Photography is another thing I have given myself a chance to do. Being frustrated after going through college and learning to use it (film), but never getting the money to buy myself a nice digital camera. I got a job taking photography for a catalog. It replenished my love for photography. Since it has helped me take my career to the next level. Through my camera lense I can see many things, more importantly my future!
This is my portfolio. A window into my world. Check out each page and entry to see my best work to date. Feel free to leave me feedback if you wish to. I welcome criticism, it helps me get better!
Daniel
